As per licence cost and fine, as i am only administrator of the base and all costs of maintaning, upgrading and resupplying the base fall on me alone i am asking Liberty offices for following:

1. If possible a reduction in licence cost.
2. Payement in monthly instalements as in 5 rates per 225.000 SC.
