Greetings, comrade Premier.

Our department currently concerned with situation around Aland auction. Initially, we planned to use it as an opportunity to infiltrate facility through joint bid of our front firm with neutral parties, preferable the IMG, but then auction escalated rapidly.

Now its looks like the Core consider using their muscles to bend auction's outcome in their favour. In the same time, DHC shows abnormal interest in the facility, and we can't say currently will they pull Rheinland military as an argument.

Operating with sirian wallet amounts required for changing auction course as well as possible military intervention is way outside of my department competence, so I address you this report.
