The rest here do to certain unexpected situation with the repairs Niobium.Ore.Depot needs currently:
15 000 pieces of Hull segments for a price 4000 S.C,
10 000 pieces of Robotic Hardware for a price 1000 S.C,
10 000 pieces of Reinforced Alloys for a price 1250 S.C.
Niobium Ore Depot - Tau-23 - Sector D/3 18k above plain, will expect your convoys!
The terms outlined in your offer are agreeable and we are ready to accept. However, because of the potential loss of life and ship due to the volatile environment within Tau-23 and outlying systems, we would like to add the following term. This is a negotiable item:
Vessels traveling on behalf of the contract that are destroyed by Enclave, or Enclave allies, shall be reimbursed. If the vessel destroyed carried cargo directly contributing to contract parameters, USI shall be reimbursed half the cargo value from the original pickup location. If the vessel was empty at the time of destruction but traveling on behalf of the contract, 2 million credits shall be reimbursed to USI.
Do note that vessels conducting trading missions outside of contract parameters are exempt from this clause.
We are otherwise in agreement with the terms outlined and await your reply. Thank you!
