I'm not happy with what are some of you doing now. Why? It will cost and you are not putting pesetas to Imperial treasury rapido enough. I must strongly suggest not shooting on our old friends Zoners. Why?

- they were helping our partizans at Canaria Grande during Bretonian burros occupation
- they are ones supplying us with food and water in times of famine
- they helped us bringing hull panels to repair Athos and even supplying our armies during battle for Tangier
- they are keeping our flanks save in Delta, even siding with us against jellyfish pests
- namely them will help us supply Skagen when we conquer it. Also, Kurile ya know... *wide Latino smile*

So, stop wasting our resources on Zoners, por favor. Of course, keep taxing ones that use our secured space corridors to supply someone else. Shoot ones that fail to pay, as we always did. Imperial treasury needs pesetas, not Zoner blood.

And...

Another thing... I noticed number of Iberian ships repairing at docks of Tripoli and Rhodes. That's loco. Can you imagine how mucho it costs Imperial treasury? Now be clever and stop that siege in Kappa, for a day. Leave el base at 50% structural integrity. I will try to collect some pesetas from them now. Tomorrow we will cover expenses if they pay, or we will all go there and burn damn thing down in a hour - with Mighty Armada. Having a base in our space costs, all know that. But also does war.

So it seems the Council is not pleased at our take at zoners... However nasty and irritating those mongrels are, you have a point that even they have their use. Fine, I guess we can be a bit more lenient in their regard. Mind, though, that I will be just looking for a valid excuse to start shooting them again. And naturally, we will not tolerate their armed to the teeth "colony" ships in Omicron Theta - the system is too important and needs firmer control on our behalf. Same obviously applies to Gamma and Xi. In Kappa, Delta and wherever, I guess, they can exist. For now.

Now, as to the clankers of Gammu. It seems that while I was away with my royal stuff mi hombres got overzealous and eventually brought down the installation in question. Good riddance, if you ask me - why would an estimado corsario be talking with some kitchen utensils like those drones? Yet again, I see your point. Money is good. Please consider, however, that we have experienced substantial Order support in the assault on that piece of scrap, and I say we should rather stick to the fellow humans, albeit treacherous as the Order, instead of trying to find understanding with a dishwasher. Besides, I bet we can find some interesting common grounds with the Order regarding our expansion, and the Core that holds too much territory in Delta.

I hope, that the Council understands what me and my Kingdom have been doing - aggressive expansion is what the Empire is about, if we are to build one. Speaking of which - I would like to humbly suggest you consider a more centralised government system for the Corsairs. The Council has proven its usefulness throughout ages, yet modern times require modern solutions. Namely, quick decision making is not achieved when deliberating collegially. So I propose the Corsair Empire actually become the Empire - we need to elect the Emperor to rule over us all. I certainly would make a fine Emperor, however your invaluable experience of leading the Council is something to consider for all the Corsairs, so if you want to join the race for the Throne - it would be beneficial for us all.
