Passenger Liner Pluto is a liner who does irregular tours through Edge Worlds to show customers all beauty of the Sirius Frontier. Its owner already successfully organized the tour through Omicron Kappa, found a strange container with the artifact on the Primus' orbit, and now crew with 85 passengers dispatched to the Omicron Zeta, well known due to high Nomads presence in this system. But the liner's captain was overconfident and moved his vessel towards Pohnpei Edge Nebula.
Everyone was aware of the danger that exists inside the Pohnpei and the liner couldn't successfully evade its fate and faced a group of nomads. The vessel's defences were capable to drive out nomads, but the ship was badly damaged and engines are disabled.
Captain sends a distress call to the closest Phoenix station - Kadesh Orbital Colony. They determine the location of the liner and send messages to allies who can help in the rescue operation and can deal with Nomads - Velvet and the Order. They must reach the liner until nomads find it first.
Mission objective:
Rescue passengers liner, destroy all Nomads in your vicinity, and deliver the alien cargo to the Damascus Research Station.
Registration is mandatory. Only registered characters are allowed to participate. Warning! Players without posted exact nickname are banned from participation.
Allowed shipclasses for escort - Very Heavy Fighter, Gunboat.
Passenger.Liner.Pluto is a special event character and he doesn't participate in combat.
Result of pvp part won't affect the story, but for the winning side, I have prepared 100 Scientific Data as the reward.
This event was made with the purpose to increase some Omicrons factions' activity and promote player owned bases roleplay as an interlude episode.
Respawns, planet/sundiving, cloak using during combat, and running from the battlefield are forbidden actions. Once you wiped out - you dead.

OUTCOME
[Order Victory] The liner Pluto's salvation was successful, but the fact of fighting huge nomads numbers demonstrates the Pohnpei Nebula's danger wasn't overestimated. Living in Nomad Worlds is always accompanied by risks and Kadesh inhabitants might be the first victim of a potential Nomad attack.
Pluto's crew and rescue team have seen a Nomad Dreadnought - the largest and most dangerous alien entity in Omicrons which can become an imminent threat for both the Order and the Phoenix, so they must find a way how to block Nomads movements outside the Pohnpei.

* - non-combat character means involved in the event as a part of the scenario, but it doesn't participate in combat.
** - Nomad Dreadnought might be used to make event more atmospheric, especially if you like nomad speech. Can be part of the future event.
Don't worry about the combat zone. Yes, it's inside the nebula, but rocks aren't enough dense to make a fight uncomfortable. Besides, the nebula's color scheme doesn't affect eyes.
