Haneda Stock Exchange (HSE) is a newly established international business hub with headquarters on Haneda island, planet Honshu. It was founded under the auspices of the local Shimamori clan with a view to promote business activity in the region and to offer a forum to find an employer, employee, derivatives, and commodities. HSE also provides updates on the financial and commodity market and render other information and legal assistance to the brokers and entrepreneurs in Kusari and beyond.
The stock exchange offers board for job and contract listing for any group or individual (hereinafter "employer") under following conditions and responsibilities:
the employer is not hostile to the Empire of Kusari and is not listed as "wanted" by the law enforcing agencies of the Empire of Kusari
the employer does not offer job that can harm the Empire of Kusari directly or indirectly and/or violate its Laws
the employer undertakes the responsibility to pay the due payment in full or in tranches depending on how agreed upon with the contractor in due time
the employer agrees to pay 5% of the deal to HSE unless otherwise agreed (unless registered as a regular employer - check out the form below)
the employer reserves the right to decide the remuneration and requirements for the completion of the listing at his consideration as well as list any additional requirements such as locking the maximum number of hired contractors, type of the ships, commodities, etc.
The group or individual taking the contract (hereinafter "contractor") shall adhere to the following requirements and be entitled to the following rights:
indicate taking upon the contract by submitting the form thus declaring taking the job listing
perform the task in due time (if there are time constraints)
provide sufficient proofs of completion of the job listing as required by the listing in question
be remunerated in due time on the account of convenience
In case of a conflict between the employer and the contractor, a dispute can be opened on HSE with the legal support of the HSE representatives of the mediator.
By listing a job offer or taking a contract a respective employer or contractor agree to the the requirements and responsibilities listed above. Failing to adhere to the aforementioned rules results in penalties or ban from HSE.

Description: Recent departure of the bulk of Kusari Navy to war left Kusari borders less protected and renders the traders vulnerable to piracy. Clan Shimamori is ready to pay for extra protection of the traffic in systems neighbouring Kusari, namely Galileo, Tau-29, Tau-53, Tau-23, Sigma-19, Sigma-13, and Sigma-21.
Main Objective: Patrol the systems of Galileo, Tau-29, Tau-53, Tau-23, Sigma-19, Sigma-13, and Sigma-21
Secondary Objective(s):
provide escort / fire support to the passing traders
Requirements to the Contractor:
Non-hostile standing to the House of Kusari
Not belonging to Kusari Law Enforcement entities (except for Hogosha)

Additional Notes: Okinawa system is exempted from the list due to being under the direct jurisdiction of the GMG, and Tohoku is exempted due to being a restricted zone under the Legislation of the Reformed Empire of Kusari. This job offer in no way authorises any contractor to perform the contract in question in these systems, and the contractor cannot expect any support from Shimamori Clan in case of violating the local legislation.
Patrolling within Kusari home systems is considered "private policing" which is in violation of Section 5 Article 3 of Kusari Legal Codex and thus is outside the scope of this contract and shall not be remunerated. Proceeding to patrol the systems of New Tokyo, Kyushu, Honshu, Shikoku, Chugoku, Tottori, and Nagano without permit of the Law Enforcement Agency(ies) of the Empire of Kusari thus is not advised.
Shimamori Clan : Delivering Med Stasis Bands to Honshu
Description: The end of hostilities between Gallia and Kusari entails the return of the many wounded veterans back home. While the hospitals are well equipped to deal with the injuries, the places for treating those with critical wounds are limited. To that end, Shimamori Clan is requeisting the delivery of 20.000 Med-Stasis Bands to planet Honshu. Each unit will be rewarded with 10.000 Sirian Credits.
