Encryption Priority : 1st Contact/ supply

46th High Command ID :Vice Admiral James Creed

Topic of Communication : Regular supply contract possibilities

Recipient of communication : Universal Shipping Incorporated

Dear Sirs,

My name is Vice Admiral James Creed of the Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force.

I am sending this communication today to your organisation after long discussion between our High Command to find a regular supply chain organisation who can deal with extensive and massive supply chain logistics.

This discussion we have had went well on into the night and we narrowed this down to your organisation after being briefed by previous customers you have had who recommend your services highly.

Extensive talks with your customers has been very extensive and we are so impressed by the amount of customers who are impressed with every aspect of your organisation.

We would like to initiate a contract which will be ongoing for a very long time and initially we will need extensive supplies of certain items due to a total refit of our Headquarters which is Salt Lake Station HQ in New York.

This facility has been purchased from the previous owner and has had certain small adjustments to it already so that we could establish ourselves into the station.
So now we have decided it is time to extensively refit ad extend salt lake into a ver impressive facility worthy of a secondary Navy outfit.

This contract we would like to arrange will include your ships supplying regular crew supplies to the base aswell as repair commodities which we normally get our ARMOUR class transports to supply.
These ARMOUR class transports will assist your orgaisation aswell in certain circumstances alongside their normal duties involving assisting our military vessels to transport captured prisoners to the relevant authorities whe they are aprehended by our operatives.

Anyway we would like to introduce this contract within the next 2 weeks and hopefully quicker if we can.

Basically the contract will include the supply of The following items to help assist the upgrading of the base :-

Albative Armor Plating -- To strengthen the integrity of the Stations hull

Solar panels -- to assist the station in supplying more power to the systems

Mobile medical units -- Fitting these to certain areas of the base is essential

Research Corps -- These will be asked for when needed

Engine Components -- Lots of engine components will be needed for essential repairs to our vessels.

So basically this communication is to introduce ourselves and go into further detail of how this contract will work and how extensive it will be.

As supplies are delivered to the base each vessel will be given any monetary reward that is organised and also if it is beneficial for your organisation we will also pay a nominal fee every month to ensure any non deliveries can be covered and keep relations between us flowing.

The base contains sensitive Navy Information so we will need vetted personell and also signing of non disclosure agreements will be required.
We will need access to the security files of staff working in sensitive areas
and access will be restricted only to areas necessary for fulfilling the contract

Your operatives will have limited access to the Station and we can also offer meals to your operatives 24hrs a day while the refit is in motion and also this will be extended after this process aswell.

James Creed

Vice Admiral

Greetings Vice Admiral James Creed, 46th Fleet,

I first want to extend my apologies on behalf of USI for our tardiness in addressing this matter. We take every corespondence, especially those from Liberty Navy and affiliates, very seriously as it potentially produces opportunities for both organizations.

We are in discussions now regarding this deal. At this time, I will inquire if this contract will be for a set amount of chosen commodities or a continuous need for supplies. Please provide details to the amount of specific commodities so that we may address this in depth with our executive team.

Thank you for considering USI as your premiere supplier. We take this opportunity seriously and we look forward to future correspondence with your unit.

Bill Wagner

Universal Shipping Incorporated

Topic of Communication : Regular supply contract possibilities

Recipient of communication : Universal Shipping Incorporated

Dear Sirs,

Fleet Admiral James Creed of the Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force.

Further to my previous communication, I would like to give you some more definite details as to what we will need for the improvements to Salt Lake and would like to take this opportunity to get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we are in the process of training Naval personnel in more difficult engineering techniques as to what they are usually used to, so that we can push this process forward and keep the upgrade to Salt Lake as classified as possible, and not have the responsibility of making sure outsiders are spying within the facility.

We will need to make a contract up which will be in gradual stages, this will be left to yourselves to make us a contract that fits in with our timeline.

The first stage will include the materials to successfully build the extension floor five and make the outer armour plating safe for other work to be carried out.
The interior panels will be installed to make sure no hull breaches can occur within the new extension facilities and make sure it is insulated to the highest level and soundproof.

Secondly the interior will need new equipment which we can source most of this ourselves, as in Flight Simulators and other classified equipment, but we will need your services for more general equipment we may need.

Our ARMOUR class Bisons will be at disposal if you cannot supply enough operatives, of which I have had some good reports about your work so I am putting this in place in case of emergency.

All the way through this process we will be supplying Naval escort ships for your organisation to make sure this process runs as smoothly as possible.

We will endeavour to make as many ships as possible available for this operation and will lias as much as possible.

Basically the contract will include the supply of The following items to help assist the upgrading of the base and some items have been changed from our original proposal:-

FIRST CONTRACT

Industrial Hardware -- 90,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 500 Credits P/Unit --
These containers will carry tools needed, small machinery, and other tools or things needed for the construction fase.

Reinforced Alloy -- 90,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 900 Credits P/Unit --
To be used in conjunction with other alloys and materials to make the outer hull withstand the vigours of space.

Hull Segments -- 25,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 750 Credits P/Unit --
Will be used to secure the station and make the hull stable and able to withstand any attacks that may arise.

Robotic Hardware -- 90,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 600 Credits P/Unit --
will be used within certain areas of the build to stabilise any manual manipulators, stablilzers and sensors that need adding to the area.

Solar Panels -- 50 UNITS --
PRICE -- 5000 Credits P/Unit --
Will be erected in an area that will best suit the base for supplying power through the earest solar source.

Shape memory alloy -- 10,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 5500 Credits P/Unit --
This will be used to secure piping areas where there may be stress or heat pressure so they can reform when cooling.

Nano membrane filters -- 50,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 700 Credits P/Unit --
Will be needed for extensive air, water, and sewage filtration and purification systems to extract toxic organic wastes and purify the air and water for recirculation around the station.

Xenobiotic Filters -- 50,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 700 Credits P/Unit --
These are efficient and highly effective filtration systems for space stations, industrial facilities, spacecraft life support systems, and air, water and soil purification systems and we will use space based biodomes for agricultural operations so the base can grow exotic foods for the crews kitchens.

Optical Chips -- 10,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 4000 Credits P/Unit --
Will be used as a component for our new advanced technology that will also be replaced in all areas of the facility and make our systems more reliable and functioning the way we need them.

Bio-Neural Processors -- 40,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 600 Credits P/Unit --
On board the station is to perform optimal fuel, navigational, and tactical calculations across an exponentially increasing field of inputed data and can be installed while the station is being upgraded.

Bio-neural Arrays -- 40,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 650 Credits P/Unit --
Are data processing centers and control nodes manufactured with Bio-neural Processors and supporting optical circuitry. Complex arrays for advanced computation systems are usually preassembled and programmed at a factory and shipped to the fabrication site, these will be activated immediately after installation.

SECOND CONTRACT

This contract is the one to supply valuable machinery or modules and supplies to help our new Medical facility and rehabilitation centre.
This centre will be used to treat injuries and the more serious injuries that need rehabilitation and extra care.

Items include :-

Mobile Medical Units -- 20 ITEMS --
PRICE -- 150,000 Credits P/Unit --
These units can be moved around easily and also fitted permanently if needed, so there will be multiple units fitted to our large capital ships and to the Station.

Pharmeceuticals -- 90,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 500 Credits P/Unit --
Initially we will need large supplies of pharmaceutical products to stock the new medical facility and once the large amounts are delivered we will use our ARMOUR division Bison operatives to restock.

Engine Componets -- 5,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 4500 Credits P/Unit --
Engine components will be needed for our ship engineers to be able to fix most problems after an engine has been damaged or needs replacing.

Another set of items that we would like to obtain are Med Stasis Bands -- 5,000 UNITS --
PRICE -- 1800 Credits P/Unit --
For more complicated injuries to be treated aboard the station and we would like you to confirm if this can be obtained by your organisation or if our ARMOUR operatives need to be brought in for that purpose and also putting in mind these items are further away in Cambridge.

We will set into process a special set of codes for each of your operatives to use to approach Salt Lake and be able to dock without our automated defense system mistaking your vessels for hostiles.
These codes will be programmed into your vessels transponders by our engineers who will do this at a location of your choice.

I hope that we can arrange these two contracts as soon as humanly possible and the way the list is compiled will be the order that we need them delivering.
I want to basically give you this list as a preview of things to come and I would be grateful if you could confirm if everything on this agenda can be supplied and fulfilled.
Once we have confirmed prices and quantities we will inform you as soon as possible what we need and at what timeline.
An engineer will arrive shortly after at a venue of your choice to fit your codes to the transponders on each vessel.
These transponders will be a permanent fixture and will work all through the lifespan of your vessels and can be used anytime we need you to deliver materials to Salt Lake.

I thankyou for your time and I hope to hear from you very soon and we can work together to get this upgrade done.

Many Thanks,

James Creed

Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force
Vice Admiral

Dear Mr. Wagner,

James Creed here once again,

The 46th High Command are very impressed with your deliveries and with the swift action in which it has been delivered, and as always the professionalism of your deliveris crews has been fantastic and they followed all the protocols that we set at Salt Lake to ensure the security of the station.

Now that phase one is complete with deliveries, our engineers are hard at work with phase one of the refit and we will be in touch as soon as we have established enough of phase one, for you to continue with phase two.

Once phase two deliveries start we will probably recommend some escorts for your transports, and hopefully we will be able to supply some escorts ourselves due to increased pirate activity recently in Liberty, which has caused us some concern.
And we will endeavour to make sure our most experienced pilots are available for the escort missions.

During phase two we will also endeavour to open up direct communication to Salt Lake station for your operatives so that we can initiate our quick response Delta Squad bombers, if the need arises.
Normal escorts will be assigned if they are available and we will try and coordinate this as much as possible, but please be aware that if we have resources not available we will inform you through the usual private channel and will think of your operatives safety at all times.

I will contact you as soon as possible once we can establish phase two.

Thankyou for your prompt service as always,

James Creed

Official Communication
Liberty Navy 46th Fleet
Security Clearance: Normal

Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed

Recipient: Universal Shipping Incorporated

Good day to Universal Shipping Incorporated,

I have to apologise for the apparent non start of phase two of Salt Lake Stations remodelling supplies, but due to unestimated difficulties we had to rely on our Armour Division to complete the supply chains under escorts from our dedicated combat pilots.

Anyway ...

Today I am contacting you once again, to ask for your assistance in a very special kind of matter. We are establishing a Highly Classified operation which needs materials from outer reaches of Sirius. This means our Armour Division cannot acquire the relevant materials we need.

These materials will be shipped directly to Salt Lake Station under strict protocols.

Salt Lake has undergone a full new security protocol system and seems to be working perfectly now, which means any unwanted individuals who approach the station ...... well get a nasty welcome shall we say.
I will be able to supply a full list of the items we cannot source ourselves, and I would need to make sure that you can also obtain them aswell.

Attached to this communication is a list of the commodities we need ...

If I may be bold here, and ask if you could price this contract as a whole bundle, which menas we would pay outright in advance for the full contract. This means there will be no red tape regarding payment and as long as there is sufficient evidence of each delivery, that will be fine.

If you cannot supply a full price straight away and we need to arrange a solution to this, please let me know as soon as possible and we can coordinate this fully.

If it needs individual prices established to each commodity that will be fine and Salt Lake will pay your operatives directly if the need arises.

Please let me know if this contract is possible as soon as you can.

Many thanks,
