How do i upload a sig?

I have had an attempt at making a sig, can anyone tell me how to upload it?

I have searched through the media threads and have found nothing.

Can someone please give me clear and simple instructions as to how to upload it(im crap at computer stuff, so i might sound a bit stupid).

Post link to signature then click on Update my Signature

I tried that, it just comes up with "sorry an error occured".
