General information about your promotion
Welcome, Pilots. You have arrived at the Naval Forces information sheet about promotions and their requirements. Below you will find detailed information about the tasks and conditions you have to fulfill for each rank from Nito Kaii to Itto Kaisa. Becoming a member of the High Command requires additional tasks specifically tailored for each possible applicant.
Promotion Requirements
All Patrol Reports are to be submitted at the NOH Report Center.
Attached below are the ranks and the requirements to reach them. ➤等海尉 Santō Kaii (Ensign)
New recruits to the Kusari Naval Forces bear this rank. Ensigns showing promise to higher ranked Naval Officers will be granted a chance to become Nito Kaii. Ensigns requiring more than three attempts will be outsorted.
➤ 等海尉 - Nito Kaii (Sub-Lieutenant)
At least three patrol reports submitted to the NOH.
Fighter training, Nito Kaii applicants must successfully pass the Fighter combat test.
Successfully pass the Kusari Law test (basics).
(Optional): Bomber training, Nito Kaii applicants may already attempt the Bomber combat test.
➤ 等海尉 - Itto Kaii (Lieutenant)
One month of service since the last promotion.
Successfully pass the Kusari Law and History test (extended).
Bomber training, Itto Kaii applicants must successfully pass the Bomber combat test.
A minimum of three patrol reports submitted to the NOH in total.
➤ 等海佐 - Santo Kaisa (Lieutenant-Commander)
Pass the Gunboat combat training.
Completion of three more patrol reports (six in total).
Leading one Kusari-wide patrol or a fighter wing operation consisting of four vessels or more.
Prove command and coordination abilities on the field (fighter craft combat).
➤ 等海佐 - Nito Kaisa (Commander)
Two months of service since the last promotion.
Completion of two more patrol reports (eight in total).
Prove great combat efficiency on the field.
Coordinate one large-scale operation involving the deployment of warship assets and be victorious.
Passed the Warship combat training.
Pass the Kusari Diplomacy test or handle a diplomatic task given to you by the High Command.
➤ 等海佐 - Itto Kaisa (Captain)
Nitō Kaisa may be promoted to Ittō Kaisa only if the High Command deems fit.
Pass the interview with the Admiralty.
Organization of three large-scale operations, training sessions or diplomatic missions.
