License requested and reason(s) for it: Insurgency technology - We would like to request to salvage, repair and use Insurgency craft. In particular with the cleanup of Bering progressing there is many Insurgency vessels within the system that might consider valuable technology or could even be repressurised. Considering the Navy's own technology is surely superior we don't anticipate you taking an interest in this. With the required demand for security it might be beneficial to us to bring one or more Insurgency craft back into working condition.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: In case of powering up a vessel of capital size, we would like to request permission to steer the craft in less patrolled areas of Liberty's influence. Namely the Independent Worlds and Pennsylvania and Kansas.
