As a newcomer, our unique power core feature is quite confusing. I have nothing to add to this thread, other than I believe removing it would benefit the newcomer experience.

Thread question for you all - Is there any other feature we've added which you think we could benefit from removing, and why?

permacloaks - staying invisible forever sounded good to 16 year old me. Nowadays, I can see why it isn't good idea in multiplayer environment. It gives wrong impression to the new players, and can be used to ruin their experience too.

pob's - incompatible with Freelancer multiplayer design philosophy. It's arcadey game where you can die because respawn is going to set you back to where you were with relatively insignificant ammo bill. Now you have something that costs hours, days, weeks and sometimes months of heavy investment on part of you and other players. All of which can poof with zero feedback. You ain't getting even a portion of your investment back. Typical n00btrap
