Bradley was born on 14 December, 778 AS, on Planet Manhattan. His father was an Agent in the LSF, something which would later on inspire Bradley to also join the LSF. His teenage years were quiet, as he spent most of his time studying Liberty's rich history. After finishing his schooling as a top student in his class, he enrolled into the Military Intelligence Academy in Virginia, hoping to one day become an member of the LSF, like his father was.
After graduating from the Intelligence Academy in the year 800, he was assigned to Division 9. The first months were relatively quiet as he joined the countless patrols with other Agents, however it was the peace before the storm. In a period of just several months, Nomads succesfully infiltrated the Division and took complete control over it. Few managed to get away, with most of the Agents and Researchers caught by surprise by the Nomads.
The year 800 would present many challenges in Bradley's career, but the biggest one was yet to come. Trent, together with The Order and assistance from the Rogues, were staging an attack to save President Jacobi from the Alaska system. As such, a large part of the Division was recalled to defend the strategic system, along with the Capital of the Republic. Fighting was fierce, as both sides struggled for control of the jump gate. Unfortunately, The Order broke through and the Division suffered staggering losses. After the massive defeat at the hands of The Order, the Division was officially "disbanded" by the Liberty goverment, with all the Agents merged into the Navy and LSF. This was not the end, however, as the infested members of Division 9 worked secretely with Division 18 for the following years.
In the year 820, the Division was restored. All Agents, including Bradley, were recalled to the Division and made preparations to covertly cause Kusari to go to war with Liberty. Posing as Border Patrol, they would often cause chaos and confusion among Kusari's own Border Patrols, going even as far as to attack several ships in order to gather crucial information. As the Liberty Goverment was unaware of their true identity, the Division's Agents had to keep a low profile. Disaster struck again in the year 821, as a D9 patrol was found operation deep into Kusari by other LSF members. After questioning and detailed scans of the vessels, the LSF found Nomad equipment aboard the D9 ships, and attempted to promptly arrest them. Such an act was out of the question, and as such, the Agents opened fire upon the LSF members.
In the present day, many of the Agents still operate in different areas of Liberty, causing chaos whenever possible, but keeping a low profile from the authorities, to avoid detection. Their new base of operations is the Wyoming, the Division's flagship. Bradley, among many others, was tasked with watching over the border with Kusari, causing skirmishes wherever the chance arises, in hope that Kusari would one day attack Liberty.
