it is true, we recently started to source ice from within Cortez. I wasn't aware that the Technocracy was interested in it but of course we'll gladly work something out. If the payment per mined unit is close to our standard rate of 3000 as offered on Aruba Depot, I see nothing standing in the way of having some mining ships deliver to Boreas.

Any specifics we should consider?
