There's a Freelancer that's been hanging around Manhattan orbit for some time. The guy seems like a snitch, he defended a couple Xenos from inside the grid. Looks like he might be tracking transports that are leaving so they can be shot by these terrorists along the way. Making quite a bit of money in the process, probably. Pretty shady business.

There's some evidence attached if you want to investigate this further. He seems dangerous. If guilty, probably denied access to the grid, but that's up to you. His callsign is Rusty.Old.Screw.
