As you know the Unione Corse has nothing but the greater good of Gallia on their mind. Our organization trusts the Government and their judgement, and the GSB in particular has our great respect. It is you who I am going to with a concern that might be nothing, but can bare some signifficance.
On a routine food supply trip from the Halifax Freeport in one of our cargo transports requested by one of our Provence clients we have encountered a strange sight. An armada of previously unseen Gallic Navy ships departing from planet Leeds area, not responding to hails, behaving erratically. Now of course this can be nothing, but I am an Équipier that has gotten around - something just didn't add up here. The Bretonian authorities don't see us in a good light for whatever fabricated reasons - seeing Gallic warships peacefully operate in Leeds and then returning back is suspitious to say the least.
What if they were taken over by Bretonian agents? What if they will assault Gallia or even Provence? Or did they simply get lost? I leave the answers to you - we trust in your judgement.
This is all the contact we had with the stray armada in House space. If this information has any value to you, we wouldn't say no to an information exchange in the future of course, like for example about the progress of your analysis on the Gen'an Chrysanthemum concoction we have managed to capture and deliver to one of your agents some weeks back.

Équipier Sarti,
While we are surprised and glad to hear that the Corse seeks to help us for the greater good of Gallia, as you have put it, we cannot offer any information regarding the sighting of Gallic ships in Bretonian systems. They are all under the control of the Navy, as there are no records of lost warships.
At any rate, consider that such operations by the Gallic Navy in areas outside of the Union are strictly confidential. Perhaps do us a favor and keep the information to yourself as well, oui? We wouldn't want others to know what the Union's Navy plans.
If you have more questions, send us another communication on this channel.

Coordinator Albert Louis,
If you say they pose no danger to Gallia, I have no reason to doubt your judgement and consider the matter closed - confirming that you are aware of said operations is all the information we need.
Perhaps one day this cooperation can be furthered - the general sentiment amongst Corsicans is that we would love to assist The Union with rebuilding after recent taxing wars, help Gallia become the dominant house once more. We could do this by for example taking over the difficult and expensive burden of governing the Provence system and Planet Marseille, under The Union's guidance of course, so your people can focus resources on rebuilding the glorious military and core systems and worlds.

Équipier Sarti,
Oui, we are aware of the operations organized by the Union Navy in areas outside of House space. I believe that is sufficient information to close this matter.
You mentioned that the Corse is interested in helping us and the Gallic Union. Bien. You may start by purging the vermin that the Maquisards are. We cannot afford sending out many patrols as we are preoccupied with other, more urgent matters at the current time. Lastly, any destroyed Maquisards should be reported over on the Union's board. We pay considerable amounts of funds to those who help the Union and protect it's citizens.
RECIPIENT: Albert Louis, Coordinator of Security Bureau SENDER: Équipier Lucien Sarti LOCATION: Tau-31 ENCRYPTION:Irrompibile SUBJECT:You can count on us
Coordinator,
Targetting the vile Maquis traitors to the Union we so deeply support goes without saying - we stand firmly against terrorism and their criminal ways, you can count on us Albert Louis! But it doesn't end there - I have personally spoken to your superior when he kindly escorted me to Orkney on a supply mission some time back, and there are other enemies of the Union on the home front we also stand against - the criminal Gallic Brigands that all but dupe Gallic innocents into contractual slavery and apparently some delusional splintered Gallic Royalists that threaten Gallia's unity we are also after for you.
I hope I am not over-stepping and this stays between us, much like the Gallic Navy's fleet movements in Leeds, but the Unione Corse leadership already offered to match any reward for taking down the Union's enemies - Maquis, Brigands, Royalists, the lot, in Provence specifically - that's how much they care about safeguarding the system's integrity on your behalf. Like I said, Corse and the various families as a whole are confident we are ready to take over the heavy burden of governing and safeguarding the system, Marseille and other assets on your behalf to help the Union focus on rebuilding in Core worlds at a much more rapid pace.
Provence we will safeguard and protect from terrorists and criminals we despise at all costs no matter what at great expense to the Corse to help the Union not be forced to spread it's resources too thin. However outside of it our focus has been completely taken by The Outcasts. For whatever reason they are growing bolder and bolder. We stand firmly against narcotics and their Cardamine and whatever concoctions their slaves make from it that have been poisoning Gallia.
We are attempting to disrupt their operations outside of Gallic Borders to protect Gallia's people from their influence on your behalf, but they have lost any sort of restraint. Just yesterday they sent an entire fleet against yours truly and one of our bombers.
What happened next I don't have to tell you I hope coordinator - their entire fleet followed my ship deep into Lorraine, all the way to threaten Burgundy itself and I am sure you will have reports of the devastating battle that errupted between GSB, Gallic Navy, Corse and the various Outcast groups in Lorraine on your desk by now.
Perhaps we could increase the joint strikes of the Corse and GSB against them on their own territory, because every single incursion of theirs into Gallic space not only causes devastation via their combat vessels, but every time they move deep into Gallia it creates an opening for tonnes of Cardamine that will poison our people to be smuggled in behind the front line in the wake of their intrusions we just have to respond to.

Équipier Sarti,
Excellent. I am very much glad that we can count on the Corse supporting our actions for a better and brighter future of our House.
You spoke of the Brigands... Oui, they too are the scum of Gallia and must be destroyed, whatever the cost may be. If the Corse can disable Brigand ships and capture any pilots, we will be most interested in getting them for... obvious reasons. Of course, this offer stands for any captured Maquisards as well. Should it be needed, we will offer a reward for directly aiding us. Have no doubts, those deals are secret to everyone but the Corse and other Bureau agents.
On to the last subject of this discussion... yet another threat to the security of Gallia and it's people. The Outcasts. I believe I do not have to remind that no mercy shall be shown to those rats, oui?
Coordinated strikes on the Outcasts done by both of our groups are of interest to us. However for such complex operations, we need to contact your superiors.
The Outcast incursions into Gallic territory are causing significant damage and are putting many of our civilians in great danger. It is indeed time to repay the favor.
