Yes, the incident involving my vessel ending up inside your space was quite unfortunate. I apologize for myself and on behalf of Starfliers for setting off your House's border security for doing so. Thank you for sending a communication, though I have already sent my pilot Halpert out to Ill-de-France to have a chat with you, seems I'll have to call him back.
I'm sure you'll understand, that some information we will not be divulging as we have standards of our own to uphold. With that in mind, I will answer any questions you may have for us, starting with the ones you sent in your previous comm.

Starfliers do not belong to any House. We are an independent group.
Explain nature of your business.
To put in a few words, we are contracted freelance explorers. We offer two services, map-data and rift-data. Map-Data includes charting a star system for a client who wishes to have more detailed information on that system. Rift-Data entails gaining jump co-ordinates for any jump-capable clients. Since we are explorers first and foremost, this kind of work takes us pretty much anywhere. We always fly unarmed, and can be contracted by anyone to perform these services.
What ships and their configuration do you operate?
We are completely transparent in terms of what vessels we operate. Currently, two are in service and a third is in talks of being acquired. Here are their info-cards.

I am obliged to inform you, that positive answers to these questions will not lead to any legal charges against you - save the question regarding your permits - while lying to the Gallic Security Bureau can be, and usually is, considered as a criminal offense. Last transmission I warned that some information I will not be sharing. A very big one for us is our contracted history. We do not share who we have done work for. Client confidentiality. For us, we'd like to take on each prospective client as if it's our first, and not take any clients based on our previous relationships and dealings. In short, I will not answer your first nine questions. If this solidifies your decision to reject my permit request - or worse - then so be it. We have accepted rejections for other reasons.
I will however say, that our current clientele is a mixed group of lawful, neutral and unlawful parties. Make of that what you will.
As for your last question, we try to remain neutral across all parties. We have been approached by, and have approached, many kinds of organisations. Some receptive to our services and others not. If something like you describe were to happen, I would surely pick the path of least resistance. Whatever direction that path takes me, I won't know until it happens. . .

By non-humans I mean alien beings like nomads, or how you Sirians call them, and advanced sentient artificial intelligence. I call them "Alien bastards". Leaving the NX-01 disabled in Omicron Zeta a couple of months ago left the impression that they don't like us very much and have very little to no indication of co-operating with us on anything. So, no. We will not do work for a hostile group as formidable as the Nomads.
As for Sentient Artificial Intelligence, I have had extremely limited experience with them. Ultimately undecided if we will do work for them or not.
