Bonsoir,

It has been a significant period of time since our last communication and I am here to inform about recent Outcast movements and to propose further cooperation against them.

During the previously-mentioned period of time, the Bureau has monitored Outcast activity closely and made plans for several operations that would severely weaken Outcast forces in the Tau region if succesful.

All the information we have so far mentions an increased amount of Outcasts ships, snubcraft and larger ships alike, entering Lorraine from the Tau 37 system and heading towards the Laxou Ice Field and the Longwy Asteroid Field. It is in our mutual interest to stop such incursions from happening, as the Brigands or even Maquisards may attempt to negociate with the Outcasts in exchange for their Cardamine drug.

Is the Unione Corse interested in providing additional support to our field agents in carrying out operations against the Outcasts? I will await a reply. That is all for now.

I first wanted to contact you personally on a more secured channel, but actually - in this matter perhaps it is not time to keep cards close to my chest, Albert, and I will reveal my cards to you as well, Paoli. If you ask me, we should be working together, and it seems inefficient that our Corsican families even stand apart when we could be coordinating our repelling of the Outcast threat better under one umbrella.

The Outcast threat

We are finding out that the Outcast threat goes beyond politics, beyond affiliation, it is a much more threatening danger. First of all, a Sirian group that claims to devote their lives to such matters has revealed to us that not only Outcasts stand alone, but they are themselves Alien worshippers. There are strong possibilities that Cardamine itself is linked to the Sirian aliens as well.

Cardamine literally murders people by making them highly physiologically addicted and rumor has it it is causing death upon withdrawal.

Lorraine

Like we discussed Albert, making a stand in Lorraine has not been very effective - last Outcast incursion has been a direct military one, deep into Lorraine territory - we had no choice but to stand in the vanguard against these invasions and defend Gallia from a military threat. This will inevitably keep leading to tonnes of the deathly drug being moved into Gallia in the wake of the combat vessels we have to move against, even if we eventually defeat their dangerous combat pilots and their raids.

Taking the fight to them

Much has happened since last we spoke. Through hard work I have earned the rank of ✠⟨⟨ | Acolyte and have more trust and responsibility on my shoulders. I have taken action. Me and several anti-Outcast Corsicans have formed a unique squad, the Splusione who's primary task is to disrupt the Outcasts far away from the Gallic territory, to dillute their focus, thwart their existing established operations so they won't even have time or resources to even think about spending resources into attempting to poison Gallia. The squad lead by yours truly is also dedicated towards finding out the connection between Outcasts, Cardamine and the Sirian aliens, and hunt them down as well.

It is a dangerous job, we go all over - by chance one of the Splusione Corsicans even managed to get to a system far beyond our usual reaches with help of some sort of a completely enormous Sirian vessel that travels far reaches of the Universe.

And sure enough - the Outcast and alien presence is very strong in these areas. They even have strange Kusarian vessels assisting them.

Now - I am not sure how far the GSB is willing to go - as you see we take extreme measures against the Outcasts, and if successful, they will have no resources or willpower left to even think about pestering Gallia as their Sirian operations will be in dissaray. We gain supplies, information and resources on these far away journeys and strikes against the Outcats by hiding under the guise of standard money-seeking contract mercenaries that offer services to, and in exchange gain resources and supplies from, Sirians. I understand it will be hard for you to gain resources the same way, and I am not sure what long-range capabilities the GSB has.

But know this - and this goes to Les Capes Noires as well - If you really want to get them where it hurts, without the need for large scale military action, without staying on the defense, my Splusione squad would more than welcome your company in our surgical strikes against the Outcast operations deep in their territories.
