In Puerto Rico, as a result of gravitational madness spurred by the Puerto Rican Rift, on any average day we can have anywhere from 30 to 100 jump anomalies form, stabilize and destabilize in a standard Manhattan day. I usually don't pay them much mind as rarely do any stick around long enough to merit charting. The fact that this transmission was able to pass through this connection so clearly suggests this might be one of the few that might stick around.
