After an, as of yet unexplained, attack by RMs Warmaker against AWa Luciaden, Sigma-13 is now under the protection of AW to blunt any farther attempts of attack against the AW. Im sure Kane will get the full story for everyone.
Wait, is War even in the RM? I though he just putted around following us, but I didn't know he made an account for the RM. Hmm... I'll talk to Samus about it. But why take over Sigma-13 because War attacked you? For obvious reasons, I don't like this AW presence in a system of opportunity. Rest assured the matter will be looked into. Also rest assured I will not let the AW keep Sigma-13. Or at least not all of it.

We will pull out of sig 13 and back into sig-17 while 13 remains neutral and will stop any aggresion against RM if they do the same and must not shoot upon any AW members.

Warmaker started shooting at me so i fired one shot, right as sam decided to look and thought i was trying to kill him, though in was only shooting 1 shot to get him to stop. Samus decided to start attacking me becuase she thought i was tyingh to kill him i eventually did since they both followed me and shot at me, then sam used her BS and kill my fighter. Then without warning Warmaker shot at stratt right as he appeared in hamburg even though, as i later found out, he was ordered to give a warning and give them the oppertunity to leave. This whole thing was pretty much Warmakrs fault colliding with misunderstandings all over the place. Personally i think Warmaker should be punished for 1st: attacking without the right to or warning me first. 2nd: disobeying orders becuase he never warned stratt to leve hamburg just fired upon his dagger the very second it ppeared in the system. We ahve now decided that no RM or AW cap-ships are to enter the sigma-13 system, only fighters but the RM laws and the AW taxes do not count in sigma-13. I must also say that if Warmaker ever kills someone from AW again without warning or reason i will hunt him down again and again personally (nothing to do with RM just me and him) and kill him until he compensates on what whoever he killed lost.
Proper Disapline will be Given to Warmaker, As the Leader of Rheinland I extend my appologies to DAB, This was a misunderstanding that should not have happend.

No RM cap-ships are allowed in AW space just as our cap-ships aren't allowed in their space exept for A vs C battles.
P.S. AW taxes will be withdrawed during A and C fights for anyone involved in the war or going to spectate. If you are just doing stuff and not doing anything to do with the battle then taxes are still in affect.
