Greetings Admirals Kazuo & Cleveland,

Good day.

Since the wars end, our communications, once frequent due to the needs of war, have fallen off. Nevertheless we have still many shared issues that we should seek to address.

On the top of my agenda are;

1. Insurgency aggression in the Independent worlds
   
2. Resurgence of the military in Gallia and the Royalists
   
3. Legacy assets (lend lease) falling into a state of disrepair
   

For the first item, in the spirit of the Bethany operation, I would like to offer limited BAF assistance in stamping out the Insurgency, even if that means raiding their nest. For Gallia, honestly, a strategy of containment and harassment, in an alliance of Sirius houses that have suffered Gallic aggression is one to pursue.

Legacy assets I think we should address in due course, as I understand many of our assets are no longer usable. I doubt maintenance of large numbers is possible, so a small list of assets worth maintaining should be drafted by all parties and maintenance contracts set out for said craft.
