I apologize for the delay in this response. However, I am pleased to hear we are on the same page in regards to this relationship.
We are interested in working with you to develop this as a form of energy production. I believe this will be an interesting project - and it certainly has potential, and the compensation will be sufficient to ensure this is able to be completed.
First, we will require the foundations of a mobile platform to allow for both defence and the monitoring of these planned devices. We have a certain vessel that we will require to retrofit for our purposes, of Rheinland origin.
For the most part, the essential devices are constructed and require to be assembled into the vessel itself. In one of our initial test runs, the vessel reported a critical failure and had blown up the capacitors, fortunately the essential systems were not critically damaged from the failure and were repaired. Due to the complexity of the supply grid and the experimental hull panel treatment, this will require specialist oversight, particularly with the engine reactors and the sensors to rectify the error of the overly potent energy system.
We presume that your company is capable of connecting these components into the chassis and analyse the integrity of the mainframe of both the hull and adjust the energy system to adapt to a high volume system?
