I'm Mark Bräune, General of the Kampfgruppe Kolleda. In an ever growing interest to extend our influence in Rheinland to keep our home save, today I've come forward with a request.
On behalf of the Kampfgruppe Kolleda, I want to request the construction of a Rheinland "Bismarck"-class Battleship. If there are any documents that need to be filled out for this then please forward them to me over this channel, we'll gladly fill them out in time.
All that we request, if you accept, is a Kostenvoranschlag for the construction of said ship.

Admiral Lindauer has been giving the DHC high praise for the construction of the Rheinland fleet in the past, so I will trust his word and hope we can reach an agreement.

Our schedule is tight on the Ring, the battles of Cologne have marked several vessels of the Rheinland Military unusable and are in need of a replacement. Battlegroup Kolleda will be receiving a new "Bismarck" class Battleship by end of September. The Altenburg fleet has top priority right now Admiral, I am sure you will understand the current situation.

It is a pleasure to get a response this quickly. Although it is unfortunate for us to have to wait, I certainly can understand the reason as to why. Cologne has taken a turn for the worse, and the Altenburg Fleet can certainly use all the help they can get. I am convinced you're working as fast as you can, around the clock, so there is nothing for the Kampfgruppe to be dissatisfied about.
