Representative of the Office,

It has come to my attention that a modular station, Fort Luna, located within my responsibility has not extend their license -- I believe the Office of Spatial Planning simply did not notice this oversight yet, however, I am not willing to tolerate illegally acting stations in system under my command. Get it sorted out -- either make them to extend their license or, in case of their refusal or ignore, I will send local forces to turn this station into scrap and ash.
