This is Mike Williams, IMG Miner from The Hood, Dublin. I'm contacting you today to discuss the idea of constructing a new IMG installation for our operations here in Dublin. Seeing that BMM/BMF are not active now gives us an opportunity to expand our operations here in Dublin.
There are a lot of potential customers here in Bretonia and most of them are interested to buy Gold ore, so with BMM/BMF Pobs are empty most of the time and the recent attacks from The Molly on BMM Pobs built in Dublin, It gives us an advantage if we constructed a Pob here in Dublin.
I was thinking of Battleship Hood to make it our base of operations in Dublin but It doesn't have enough storage capacity for our daily operations so we need to expand it's storage capacity first.
I've gathered a Research team in The Hood, our main goal is to research and develop our mining operations in Dublin and see the benefits If we invested our time and money in the Gold ore field.
I am open for any ideas that could be useful in our researches.

The Guildmasters have been able to review your request in regards to constructing a new mining and research facility and luckily, they mirror discussions held of late. With the increased activities of the Molly's movement, and indeed other organizations from the Edge Worlds putting pressure on the House mining operations, we may have an opening to increase our commercial influence in the region. It is not as common a practice for the Guild to construct facilities within House Space, but not altogether unheard of, and the Hood's overpopulated decks have long clamoured for expansion.
Internal reporting shows favourable of your team's performance as well so we feel sufficiently confident your operation will not reflect poorly on the overall standing of the Guild, but please bear this in mind whilst conducting your activities. The image you project is seen as the Guild itself, so remain professional and respectful of outsiders.
As for the placement of the construction, abide by the local ordinances, but as to not cause more traffic issues with arrivals and departures from the bustling trading decks of the Battleship Hood, please maintain a minimum 5k clearance between the station and the new modular installation.
With those parameters met, The Independent Miners Guild can consent to your proposal and coordinate assets to aid in your construction.
