I don't have a name you understand properly, but everyone calls me Leviathan, and I was ordered with sending you this message from my elders, who are concerned about the general situation.
"At present, the people of Sirius and Gallia represent an absolute imperfection without the learning path and usefulness. However, we commend Gallia for their great efforts in cleaning Sirians, we also commend well-known Maquisard Liberateurs for commencing and spreading chaos within Gallia, even when their movement was absolutely unnecessary. I know, your security bureau is experienced with tracking unwanted persons like me, but too late - your people already have seen. Make your choice - coexist or vanish in the dust of history.

To "Leviathan", whoever you are

Your condemnation of the Maquis and praise of the Union forces are welcome. However, your alleged suggestion on how the Gallic government should proceed is neither welcome nor called for. Your bogus pseudo-mysterious language does not give you credit and I assume nobody of the viewers could understand a thing, which defeats the purpose of the same message. If you are a friend of Gallia, you do not need to hide: you can approach the Gallic authorities openly and expect fair treatment based on what you suggest. If you happen to be an enemy of Gallia, then reaching out to the Gallic populace via open channels is not the most thoughtful thing to do.

Whichever of the two you are, or whether you are entirely something else, I suggest you not to meddle within Gallia's domestic affairs unless invited to. Failing to do so will most likely result in your being designated an unwanted person to be thrown out of Gallia on sight, or worse - an enemy of the State. Dwell on it and act wisely next time. This might be the only advice you can get - I am just a member of a local civilian administration and am far more forgiving than the Gallic Military Superiors.
