Hey all,

So I was wondering... for those of us that have unlawful ships that allow the use of cargo pods, perhaps there can be a more sinister-looking cargo pod. For now, we have the rainbow of colors and the white and grey.
It came to me one day after getting all my pods blown off my slaver... there was nowhere I could really land that would allow me to purchase more pods in RP.

The closest thing right now is the yellow cargo pod, but that seems more specific to a Nuclear Devices smuggler.

Good idea? Bad idea?

RP-wise, unlawfuls would WANT their pods to resemble civilian ones to avoid lawful scrutiny.

I think Boss has a point , but still it would be a nice addition. Maybe get something that looks like a civ pod but a lil more rugged , like damaged/scrapped or something.

I just hope you do realise that Nuclear Devices are a fully legal commodity. But they probably can be smuggled, when carried to an unlawful base...

To the topic. Smugglers wouldn't want their pods look "sinister". They might look worn and beaten though...

The round yellowishy pods (Not the ones with the hazard symboles) look pretty rough and nondescript, perfect for not being noticed.

Take they grey ones, they appear "suspiciously" harmless.

Really, it wouldn't make much sense. Do you want one with the label "No Cardamine" or "No Artifacts"? They're all right.

Sanity is a luxury I can't effort!

haha that would actually be kind of awesome; I would certainly buy it.

You would want these more rugged-looking pods the same reason any other unlawful ship is designed to look different- for style.
