As a result of our latest interaction in the Magellan system, I inform you that the gun crews have been ordered to cease fire on all Xeno Alliance vessels. Furthermore, on board IFF has been restructured to show XA ships as non-hostiles.

Before departing, you made a threat. Though I understand and respect the breadth of your organization's combat capabilities, do know that action against my company, or it's partners, will not be taken lightly. I equally understand that any hostile actions between our organizations will lead to unnecessary loss of life and equipment.

Therefore, I come with a proposal. Instead of blood being spilt, Constellation Express will offer compensation in the amount of 10 million SC, per member of the Xeno Alliance, should the ConEx compound open fire on you or your fighters. It won't happen, but I feel better departing ways knowing these are the conditions instead of potential hostilities between our organizations.

Is this a more rational path moving forward?
