This location is important to me because I want to do some researches about the Iridium Ore mining field in Delta and the name of my base will be Delta Research Station.

Thank you for contacting us first before starting off construction works that could backfire. Let me introduce myself, my name is Christian Burton and I represent Phoenix, a Outworlder Assembly based group that is governing the movement.

As you may have noted, Outworlders have following regulations for installations and the location you've chosen is falls under the directive of modular bases #2. Though I have to note that your desired installation will be permitted only starting off from the 5k perimeter of the Freeport 11. I believe the following terms would be more than acceptable for you.

On the other hand I have an offer that you probably would be interested in. We have Delta Mining Corp., a modular base built in orbit of planet Tuvalu and serves exclusively for Iridium Ore business. That would be a much better spot in terms of its research and doing business, providing a constant source of Iridium Ore for transports and dropping off the Ore for a static price - 3.000 Sirian Credits per unit. Furthermore, if you're possessing only research rooms for Iridium Ore, we could provide room and required equipment, always restocked and stockpiled with the ore. A great spot for the research of the Iridium Ore would be next to the mining field isn't it?

I agree to all terms and regulations of Phoenix group, and I would like to thank you for your offer but I am not only interested in Iridium ore. I also want to build a factory for Cloaking disruptors here in Delta and Freeport 11 has the source of Iridium needed to build my factory. Plus It's easier to supply my base with Reinforced Alloy and FOW from there. As for your offer I might be interested to buy some Iridium Ore from your base, I can go and buy it direct from your base or you can ship it if you like. We will need large quantities of Iridium ore when we start to upgrade our base as we will make some contracts with different suppliers. We will import some materials from Liberty and Kusari so we will need to stock Iridium Ore in our base for our suppliers to haul it back to their home systems.

As for the fee, Where should I send the cash?

Your endeavor to start the business is more than welcome, providing more services in wild places like Omicrons is always for everyone’s benefit. As for the payment, please send the amount to the (\^/)Lyra, per sending the funds you can start construction works straight away. Please keep in mind of 5 kilometer construction-free zone from the Eleven.

On the further note, the base will be owned by your persona or perhaps some joint asset of the group? We need to know the actual owner for filling up all required documents.
