I didn't think this day would come, so I'm going to say my piece here. Might fall on deaf ears since war in the region is about to happen.
My trading pilot Rex has informed me of a modular installation within Planet Knossus that sells these Xeno Relics, not sure what they are exactly, but Rex seems interested in them. It's come across my personal terminal that activity within Omicron Xi is going to ramp up around that same area soon. Looking at all the open transmissions, it seems that this installation is at the center of all of this commotion.
For me, and my company, it benefits us having a place to purchase these relics from. We'd certainly like to not have this installation destroyed, and we do understand the stance the Outcasts are taking on this matter. I'm wondering, if by any slim chance, representatives from both sides are available and willing to come to the Kepler System for negotiation and mediation regarding Reincarnation Outpost. This will take place on board my station, Starflier Base. I will be present during this meeting. The main topic of discussion will be the base, as well as all related issues surrounding it.
I understand the everlasting tensions and hatred between you two over many, many years. If one or both parties are unable, unwilling or hate the idea of negotiation over this, then I would say best of luck. You may ignore this message and continue as you were.

This is unexpected. I can see we have a common interest in the relics, and that losing access would be detrimental for us both. Providing the savages agree, I can personally travel to your station in Kepler with an appropriate escort. We will continue mobilization, but we will not launch an attack until we see what there is to be said. Every Outcast life is precious, and words are cheap.
I must say this invitation is a bit of a surprise. It almost sounds too good to be true. While I remain skeptical that we can reach an accord with the Cardamine addicts, I am willing to give negotiations a chance. I am not callous about the lives of my people. While one should act with cold steel and determination, I would rather avoid needless bloodshed if I can help it. Our resources can be better spent elsewhere. In my opinion, there are more profitable ventures than war at this time.
We shall participate in this summit. Kepler System is quite far away from our territory, perhaps a more suitable location can be agreed. I'll discuss this with the Conclave and we'll reach out to your representatives and that of our adversary with some preliminary points.

This is quite the surprise, having both sides agree to talks at the very least.
To the Hyperspace Starfleet, I'll await your representative vessel and any personal escorts. You are familiar with the Kepler System, so you will not have any trouble getting here.
As for... Deterrance, is it? I've offered my station as it's in a neutral stance and located within an independent world. If needed, I'm happy to gather new Rift-Data of the area around my station so you may jump a Battlecruiser of your choice right to the Kepler System. I'm open to other ideas if you are unwilling to take this mode of travel.
If the meeting does take place in Kepler, be mindful as my station is located inside of a Zoner No-Fire Zone.
We've deemed the location and the terms for participating in the armistice summit acceptable. A detachment of our fleet is already on-route to the Kepler System.
