Communication Details
Greetings to Albany Police Academy,
I would like to relay communication to yourselves, regarding the possibility of making some arrangements between the 46th Fleet and the Liberty police Incorporated. This arrangement could hopefully benefit both of our organisations both logistically and tactically.
I am proposing that our two organisations can supply both of our installations, obviously when the need arises, and also we could arrange to escort your vessels should this need arise also. I have been appointed full control of the supply of Salt Lake Station HQ, and will be arranging convoys and tactical supplies to Sabah Shipyard in Coronado, for the manufacture of our new CLASSIFIED project, which will be making more progress towards completion within the coming months.
I would like to also discuss any more alternative arrangements, where we can cooperate with convoys also.

Greetings,
Time for some introductions. My name is Pete McMichaels, department head of logistics. When I'm not opening up a can of whoop ass in Liberty, I'm seen getting supplies where they need to be so that my other officers can do their jobs!
I've run into some of your boys around Manhattan. Haven't fought with them much. They seem like a decent 'nuff bunch... hell, I might even let them watch my back!
Alright! I will have to run it by the comish, but it sounds like we have something in the works. In fact, we are a few officers short of an upcoming prisoner exchange. Maybe that will be just the start of our forces working together. Then we can see our boys and girls whip'n all kinds of ass all over Liberty. Hell, I say we eventually romp into the Badlands to see exactly whats in there. In time... in time...
But meanwhile, Admiral, you got yourself some support. We will work out the details in private... away from... sinister eyes... or whatever other munchkin is lurking about.
Oh... one last thing. Those corporates trashed Albany with some unneeded supplies. Need any of these? I'll have 'em sent to ya in good faith:

Greetings to you Corporal McMichaels,
I am so pleased that you think this sort of joint venture operations can be a possibility.
I am sorry to tell you I do not need any of the items you have offered us and are of no use to us unfortunately and we are a bit tight for space aboard Salt Lake. I would like to start some convoys which will include 46th Fleet and Liberty Police Bison Armored Transports, and also a mix of escort vessels included.
These Convoys will be arranged on a need to know basis, and will be sent by encrypted message hours before the convoys are due to leave, and this will mean that no information can be leaked about the destination of the Convoys.
I would also like you to start deploying your Transports with the items that we discussed in private just hours ago, and we aill also endeavour to supply escort vessels when needed for you.
Our ARMOUR division will hopefully join your convoys and get the job done as quickly as possible.
This project will be a go, as soon as you can arrange this with your superiors, and I am looking forward to meeting you in person aboard Salt lake soon to discuss more partnership endeavors between our two inatallations.
