Admin Notice: Holiday Season and POBs

So, it's that time of year again.

POB upkeep requirements (FWO as well as Wear&Tear) will be disabled on December 17th and will last until January 7th.
Additionally, POB plugin will be put into Holiday Mode™ (all POBs will be invincible) on December 24th, until January 3rd.

Also some FAQs from previous years:
- All the above changes are applied on daily server restart of listed dates (9:00 AM UTC).
- Any bases that had their upkeep disabled or any other changes applied through SRPs or perks won't be affected once this is wrapped up, so no need to worry about that.
- Bases made after the initial dates are not covered by these temporary changes, and yes, we can disable these for individual bases in case anyone tries anythin funny that makes Santa grumpy.
