Montezuma has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 07/03/2009 for:
Quote:5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, banned for seven days owing to repeat offences.
Notes: This is your fourth sanction, which means 7 days is appended to the punishment.
You may not engage cruise if you opponent flees on thrusters. Once he gets out of range well done, you've won the fight. Engaging you cruise engines to come up shooting isn't allowed. It's a PvP violation and you lose everything as a result. Is it really worth it?
I think i may have an idea of what i did wrong, i am sorry, if you engage cruise in gamma, i will not chase you as far as leeds in my cruiser, ever again. I am just assuning that this is where i went wrong, seeing as i was contacted by an assosiate of the person who i chased. If i am wrong please tell me where the incident took place. All i can say, for whatever happened is, sorry.
One more thing, from my interest in fair play.......
You forgot to ban me, i logged on to montezuma to find my guns gone, i went to see what i had done, and noticed that should be banned.
Out of my interest in fair play, i am letting the admin know that my account is not banned yet, and i dont want to play if i am not supposed to, or get in even more trouble.
