Notes:
What little limited data we have on this individual, pieced together by merges of old Legionnaire information exchanges, and foretelling of Vagrant associates regarding him still fails to illuminate upon one of the most enigmatic life forms recorded. What is known is the cautiousness both of the Nomad tribes hold regarding him, denoting that he is the bringer of uncertainty and trouble. This perspective held against him is likely speculated due to the fact that he is entirely disconnected from either mindshare.

What is known is that Harbinger is a primary actor within these incidents, that according to Revenant, he is interested in seeing what the “failures the Daam Kavash have locked away. “ All data received upon the subject had stemmed from Revenant, including the know-hows of the Shrine acting as a sanctuary, as well as the mnestic scent the Sentinels operate upon. As to how Harbinger is aware of these organisms remains purely within speculation. It is theorised that all Kavash sites may hold a psychic imprint for the Nomads to read, a method known as Psychometry. It is unknown if Harbinger is impervious to the mnemonic tracking effects of the Sentinels. No incidents were recorded of Harbinger and the Sentinels interacting. It may be possible that he is involved in some capacity.

Further attempted interrogations on Revenant failed to enlighten further information, declining to share more intel under the premise of “I don't wish to betray or be rude to those who have kept to their word - don’t push your or my luck.“ Subject may have been psychologically compromised, as it was mentioned that Harbinger made an arrangement with Revenant, in order to cure them of their affliction that she must embark upon the Final Journey and oversee Vincent. Further motives regarding the deal remain unknown, including Revenant’s.

Currently, there are no confirmed weaknesses discovered against Harbinger. However, his offensive capabilities remain largely unknown - it is speculated that his capabilities are primarily through psychic manipulation of matter and mind, though he has been witnessed summoning other Nomad forms to assist him.

Notes:

Vincent Abrams is an ordinary introverted Bretonian Male with no outstanding qualities, beyond an unusual anomaly surrounding himself and the Triage. It is unknown whether Vincent had come into contact with a Kavash artifact, or if the sample from the Dyson Sphere had any effect on his biology, or that an inert genetic code was left within his DNA structure.

Vincent is known for his attempted efforts of social engineering with major parties he encounters in effort for material gain or favours, self proclaiming himself as “the true schemer. “ - It is notable that mental cohesion and stability rapidly declined since the Order’s Section Eight’s involvement in the scenario regarding the Triage. Due to his declining mental state, Vincent may occasionally lash out at individuals if pushed too far. Likewise, if presented with an overly stressful scenario or pressured, he may attempt to run away. A notable quirk of his declining state of health is that he had contracted lung cancer from overexposure of radioactive elements during incursions into the anomaly, alongside daily exposure from his laboratory work.

Willingly, or unwillingly, Vincent has deemed himself necessary to collaborate with the Order.

(The Triage) - Anomaly Cluster - amly-dk-001

Notes:

Dubbed the ‘Triage’ due to its formation of three unstable Baxter anomalies, the object came to be during the arrival of the Dark Matter storm. It is uncertain as to why or how the formation came to be, but it is speculated that the hypercharged dark matter produced by experiments undergone in Alberta may have linked the anomaly to the original point of experimentation, creating a hyperspatial ‘sink hole’ within the sector. Within the Anomaly, an erupted wreckage of a Liner is seen suspended in the epicentre of the formation.

It is primarily noted that the individual, Vincent Abrams, causes a major reaction when within proximity of the anomaly cluster, likely due to his instance of being the “Key. “

Several incursions have been made into the Anomaly, most notably after individuals were either sucked into an unstable wave of hyperspatial pull, or due to vessels sacrificing hull integrity in order to reduce overall mass to pass through an aperture within the anomalies formation. Destinations through the hyperspatial tunnel do not always end up within the same location. Interrogative efforts reveal that the end destination appears to primarily land within a dark matter storm.

Technocrat blackboxes recovered from Lazurith and Revenant’s vessels reveal corrupted data streams, attempting to reverse the effects will reveal what appears to be two stars, one larger, one smaller with light absorbing inwards. Interrogative inquiries with Revenant reveal that the Triage will hyper compress the neural synapses of the implants, causing an overload upon the users mind, causing temporary loss of conscience of death. Upon inquiries of the end destination through the anomaly or how they escaped, Revenant refused to elaborate upon the two stars from the datastream, dodging the attempts to extract information through humming a song. It was concluded that end destinations through the anomaly will provoke a mnestic scent for the Sentinels.

Notes:

The Sentinels are autonomous life forms created by the Daam Kavash to protect select sites through destroying trespassers or individuals containing mnestic traces of the witnessed information, most notably seen protecting the Triage and the associated Vault. Relentlessly and without rest, the Sentinels will hunt down any living organism that may contain memories of the sites they hold, across any length of space. The only known counter to the Sentinels ability to track mnestic scents is to seek shelter at the Shrine, as the structure prevents their psychic capacity to trace individuals. It is not currently known as to how the Shrine is blocking the signals or that the Shrine will continue to do so indefinitely.

Although largely autonomous in nature, the Sentinels have been studied to possess some cognitive abilities, performing feats of predatory prowess such as ambushing and awaiting for their prey, displaying basic forms of problem solving. However, due to their rare sightings and mnestic programming, attempting to initiate cognitive or sentient experimentation will prove inefficacious.

Upon a chemical level, they share a similar crystalline composition to the Nomad forms upon initial scanning analysis, however further investigation will show that the Azurite compound within the crystals contains traces of Xenotime and Zeolites, as opposed to the tectosilicates present within crystals found within Nomad forms. Although the limited subtle differences were noted within a biopsy, physical differences may be examined on the husks. Greater levels of concentrated energy may be noted upon the forms, as well as the subtle shift of higher wavelengths upon the energetic tendrils, displaying a varying hue of brightened violet.

Despite the limited understanding of their differences in biology, the Sentinels are very adept at adapting to environmental dangers, particularly with hyperspatial conditions as they primarily guard such anomalies. As such, their husks are heavily reinforced to withstand the hazardous entities of space, including energy and kinetic weapons fire. The Sentinels are capable of channeling their vigorous energy into a devastating beam of light, capable of tearing up even the most reinforced composite hulls known in the Sector.

An interesting note regarding the Sentinels is that the Nomads are not impervious to their defensive mechanisms, both Vagrant and Nomad alike will be targeted, despite their analogous biological make up. Due to the dangers presented through the memetic hazard, Nomad mindshares may easily be corrupted unless the individual morph is wiped. More information has been entailed regarding these 'star structures' appearing around the Triage. These structures are known as Bells, information was retrieved from word of mouth, originating from OBS-002.

The first appearance of such structure was detected within the depths of Kepler, Vector origin Foxtrot Three. Interrogation on local who collaborated with a Gallic Intelligence unit, subject Richard Towers of the Research Vessel Everlasting revealed information upon this first appearance, noting that for the brief time it had existed, it was unguarded. The Object had disappeared after approximately a week after discovery.

Further observation of the Triage revealed that one structure emerged out of the anomaly, followed by another three weeks later.

The newest appearance of a Bell - within one of the last noted Incursion Point within Sigma-59.

Observations are to be retained, but it is speculated that these "Bells" are vector beacons for the Sentinels to converge on. Each appearance of the Bells coaligns with the vectors of incursion points. One warning from a Vagrant was received before it had wiped itself, that their tribe should prepare from the recent incursion into the Triage.

Approximately at 19:00 SMT, Vincent, myself and a Vagrant had converged upon the Triage to initiate a sensory experimentation in regards to the speculated theory of Vincent's connection with the Triage. However, his ship went unresponsive and was dragged into the formation, opening it up once more.

This incursion entailed a displacement to an undiscovered location, brief geological studies upon the mineral samples gathered estimated the formation was beyond the Edge Nebulae, however the pinpoint location of the sector was yet to be determined. The sortie flew further into the Nebulae, discovering a Planetoid remain within the cloud. Movement was detected within the cluster, but it was unclear as to what.

A crystalline sample, akin to an artifact, was retrieved from the cluster and is in holding for analysis.

Vincent, myself, and Eris, had flown around the sector and had failed to discover any exiting anomaly. The key to escaping entailed within a wreckage of a deprecated Liberty Gunboat, with a damaged hyperspatial protoype drive. The device was heavily damaged and required sacrifical components from my fighter craft to make operational again. With a boost from the Hawfinch's powercore, there was a half chance of failure and shorting the device. As you may know from reading this report, the hotrigged drive functioned enough for one unstable jump out of the sector. The exit point had landed us within the Sigma-59 system. Fortunately, the present Overwatch vessels did not initiate any hostilities beyond their usual verbal rhetoric.

As per request I'll forward you the black box recordings and visual data, giving a quick run down on our observations at the Gate Debris site.

We found out that several larger chunks emit a source of radiation and absorb energy into these chunks. Atleast three of them were spotted out and mercenary "Ego" emitted a epicentre between these floating debris. According to his thesis we might be able to open up something, maybe a anomaly signature or creating any spike of energy do get more insight. After trying to launch explosive armaments and larger snubcraft mounted pulse cannons on these rocks we unfortunately couldn't observe anything big. Ego mentioned seeing something at times. So either we need more pulse based armament types, Screamer mines... or mayhaps even larger sized ordnance for these tests. Or an energy cell could be also lend a hand on this matter, unsure which type would be sufficient I leave that up to you.

Also possibilites could be that a riddle is there to it trying to activate the chunks in a certain order, but we tend to stick to the first assumption of just needing more energy to fuel the debris. No sign of any Sentinel activites nearby the alien gate ruins were sighted. So we left empty handed only with the observations we made.

However when we were flying back to Freeport 14 we stumbled upon sudden Sentinel activity. One "cruiser"-sized warform roamed around the Coronado-Cortez Jump Gate construction site... Can it be that we were looking at the wrong jump gate mayhaps, but this can not be? Well, I got no clue how human made jump gates work precisely, maybe this was just coincidence, but definitely noteworthy to report aswell. We left the area without attacking the warform.

Frost reporting in observational report, forwarded from the Main Uplink, regarding the potential relation to amly-dk-001.

Operator Mala and unit ERI confirmed the visual data of a Order "Oasis" class Liner - named OAV-Sekhet.Aaru - stranded adrift within the dark matter storms. Indepth scans were shrouded by the illusive nature of the supercharged dark matter, however preliminary scans confirmed critical breaches in several locations of the vessel.

Upon further interrogative queries, we managed to discover the vessel was pulled out of the hyperspatial tunnels when in transit within the Omicrons, meeting a catastrophic demise upon forced exit. No crew members survived, barring two artificial units. The units identified as "Ba" and "Ka" - with Ka leading the conversation. It became clear that these units required extraction before they were turned to the hands of their tyrannical oppressors, the Order. We pressed for as much data as possible during the encounter.

However, a hostile SAR came on-scene to retrieve the vessel. Extracting the vessel was not probable at the time, nor did the units make any attempt to transfer to a host body for relocation. We can confirm the vessel did not come into contact with any XB-SNT specimens. Despite the interference of an XB compromised Gunboat platform and their brief distraction, we opted not to destroy the Order cruiser. Not yet. After awaiting their return, we pressed for more information to get as much data as possible before more hostiles showed up. The Eidolon Wraith went green on attack directives, damaging the S8 Cruiser that was present. In retaliation, The Order directed the Xenos to eliminate the Oasis.

While it was not environmentally ideal to protect the vessel, we can find rejoice in that the "Ka and Ba" automated delegates were not extracted by the hostiles to return to their subjugation. In the end, they were liberated and we prevented additional data falling into their hands, much to the dismay of us losing a chance at liberating a unit.

What was most notable in this encounter is that an XB specimen arrived on scene. Scans determined it was an amalgamation of a Valor warship. The specimen in question did not appear to be contaminated with any XB-SNT traces either. With the subject terminated, the E-W withdrew and returned to observational duties.

We managed to retrieve samples of the destroyed unit. Interestingly, the remains indicate that this vessel was a prototype, a highly modified unit not adhering to any of the known architectures we know for automation within Sirius. Components are mixed, some retrofitted older parts, some of Corsair origin. Whoever the creator was, cannot be determined for certain with this custom set up. More interestingly, we retrieved some artifact, possibly of XB origin, with devices attached to it. The objects have been passed on to R&D for analysis.

This encounter seems to tie in with other investigations regarding the "health" of the hyperspatial tunnels is connected to the amly-dk-001 set up.

Variant reporting on an expedition log under "Final Journey" conducted on the late hours of April 13 to the early hours of April 14, 830 AS.

I took the "Corvo"-class science vessel called Artemis and met a group of SLRC ships who pointed me to the direction of the Baxter anomaly near Ikarus Station. Three XB-SNT cruiser-sized readings were reported and were seemingly attracted to the anomaly as it constantly orbited. Nevertheless, me, Lazurith, and the SLRC vessels kept their distance as per usual protocol.

There was another XB sighting, although a smaller one, but in no case was it related to the three XB-SNT readings nor did it show direct aggression. Eventually, Revenant came and told us we'll be having reinforcements soon. On a side note, there was a Brigand and a hostile Crayterian cruiser that fortunately left, without paying any attention to us or the anomaly. I returned to Java and took my research vessel, the Pentation.

Fortunately, one "Arbiter"-class battleship came to our aid, the Achlys. However, something unexpected occurred. While doing a routine areal scan, ECM disruptors revealed the presence of a Rogue identifying as Montes and an Order spy liner with a cloaking device. Just before it could escape, I managed to pursue the latter with the assistance of a Kusari Naval offer, Kazu Chidori, who stopped the Order vessel in its tracks. I was under orders to destroy the XP, and it was carried out successfully. The remaining prisoners were taken onboard the Achlys.

We then moved back to the XB-SNT identified anomaly for immediate sterilization. What was interesting is that the XB-SNT readings made no attempt at attacking any of us. Instead, they seemed to mindlessly circle around the anomaly as it ignored the Achlys' gunfire. Eventually, all three of them were sterilized and we jumped to the Inverness system after collecting enough data on the Tau-23 anomaly.

While in Inverness, we met a robot called "Heavy Beep" and a fellow member known as Imogen Jau. After that, we decided to make the jump to Omicron Delta. However, there were some delays, but we managed to successfully analyze the Baxter anomaly present within the Tokelau Ice Cloud, which was noticeably different from the others in that a strong gravitational anomaly was present.

The next anomaly we visited was the famous "Prophet" anomaly in the dark matter storm that covers the Kepler system. This one was unique in that there were three Baxter anomalies forming a perfect equilateral triangle with a liner at the center. Despite possible Xeno interference, none of them were found and we headed to the Galileo system to ensure a safe jump to the next anomaly in the Texas system. We were initially concerned about "Wolf", better known as Hemlocke. Fortunately, they did not attempt to attack any of our vessels at any given moment.

We then jumped to our final anomaly in the expedition. It seemed that the anomaly was the product of Ageira attempting to create an even more powerful variant of a jump-gate, one that could travel large distances. Although the dark matter cloud was cleared, the area remained highly radioactive, even after several centuries have passed. Once we analyzed it, we went back to Valravn without incident.
