Official Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance:Granted - Recipient Only
Sender Name: Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith Location: Salt Lake Station, 46th Fleet Headquarters Recipient: Commissioner Isla Nazumaki, Liberty Police, Inc.
Commissioner Nazumaki,
We've met briefly on several occasions. though, not in some time. It's my sincere hope that you are keeping well and that the Office of Commissioner is treating you well, and that you yourself and those under your charge are in good health.
I will keep this as brief as possible. It seems my predecessor had previously contacted former Commissioner Harrison regarding a training regime between the Officers of Liberty Police and the Officers of the Fourty-sixth Fleet. Having checking documentation on file, or notes from now Vice Admiral Creed, seems there was no response.
As of late, we are finding ourselves dealing more with smuggling and I'll be frank, we are not trained in West Point, other than a very basic procedural brief. So I would like to extend an invitation for yourself, your senior staff and junior officers to join a joint between Police and Navy forces and provide sufficient training, tactics and advance procedures in dealing with smugglers. This can either be done at our Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake Station. Or, alternatively, we can arrange to move personnel and vessels to a station of your chosing.
I hope this is met with enthusiasm and a shared devotion to Liberty, her safety and her interests - as such, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Martin Kemp-Smith
Admiral Liberty Navy 46th Fleet
