Alexander was born in 786 A.S. on the planet Holstein. His parents liked to drink a lot, so from a young age, he started working part-time at a local bar, cleaning bathrooms and washing dishes. It was tough because he had to work hard for very little money. Once he finished school, he joined the central academy of the Rheinland Fleet, "Rheinwehr," to train as a pilot-engineer.
While studying, he was assigned to the gunboat RNC-Devanpelt, where he gained valuable experience. Over time, he completed his studies and graduated successfully, continuing to serve on the Devanpelt.
During the Nomad Wars, Alexander was stationed in the Frankfurt system as part of the Eastern Fleet. Later, his ship was sent to the front lines in Sigma 13, where he fought against the Kusari Fleet and GMG. After the war, the crew of the RNC-Devanpelt was released from service, but Alexander chose to stay on and joined the main Rheinwehr flotilla as a soldier.
His time in the Rheinwehr was mostly focused on dealing with internal issues and gangs. He worked hard and was promoted to Korvettenkapitan, taking command of the gunboat Rosenheim, where he served for a long time.
When a civil war broke out, he helped defend a Rheinwehr base in Thuringia. He was one of the first to report on the wrongdoing by BDM agents. Unfortunately, this led to crackdowns and many arrests. The Rheinwehr was dissolved, and soon after, a major civil war erupted between the Federalists and Imperialists. Alexander chose to support the Imperialists and joined the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr. For his efforts, he was given the title of Niederer Adel by Kaiser Steiner.
As the Imperialists fought their way to power, Alexander was promoted to Flottilenkapitan and assigned to the cruiser Kaiserslautern, covering the Zurich - Frankfurt - Sigma 13 - Sigma 15 area. After serving for about a month and a half, he left the Navy and joined the imperial MND unit.
His new role started with a mission in Bering, and he then spent most of his time in the Omicron sector, gathering information and studying the local plants and animals. Recently, however, he has changed significantly, becoming more introspective and preferring to work alone without partners.

While working for the government on MND, the Omicron Zeta system was involved with the research team at the New Berlin Institute's Xeno Research Division. This work had a significant impact on Graf Von Harrisburg, changing his personality drastically. He started acting differently, becoming more reserved and thoughtful. He often vanished for long periods and spent time in unknown places. Eventually, he began to make major changes to his area, Reutlingen, on the planet Stuttgart.
Graf Von Harrisburg dedicated a lot of time and money to transform Reutlingen. As a result of his efforts, any signs of rebellion disappeared, and the people became loyal to him. Crime was eliminated without needing a large police presence, and because of these successes, he was later reassigned to the main fleet to help with security in Rheinland.
After some time, the young Graf took charge of the gunboat Rosenheim, where he worked closely with the crew to set everything up and install new equipment. This led to big changes in the crew, who became completely loyal to him. The Rosenheim was sent back to the Turingia system, now operating under the name of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr. It also received advanced scanners and special equipment, with experts reprogramming the computer so that the gunboat could go undetected.
In the past week, the Rosenheim has gone out of the Rheinland area several times for different missions, including gathering secret information and collaborating with the Xenoarchaeological Institute.
