Leonid.Brejnev and Keyser.Soze have been sanctioned for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of
RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Quote:6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag
not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.
Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to
use Outcast ships and guns.
All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the
course of a player - player combat
Both of you cruised in, attacked with no warning while entirely neutral to those you were hunting, and of course
their NPCs.
Your reps have been changed in Gallia now to suit your choice of target.
Leonid.Breznev then proceeded to:
Quote:5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The
fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the
characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the
system, but no more than 4 hours.
And ...
Quote:5.11 Using F1 in a PvP fight, as well as in any other situations that involves player interactions, is not
allowed.
This includes jumping back and forth through a gate or jumphole to avoid combat, or being pirated.
If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue
the
interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the
players involved.
However, the fleeing player can re-engage at will if chased.
