RE: Edict 63
In light of recent and substantial increases of pirate raiders attacking Guild miners in the Taus, even when within the range of Java Station, Independent Miners Guild grants the Colonial Remnant access to Java Station and Falkland Base.
Apart from those listed as unconditionally open to all parties, all other IMG bases continue to be restricted to CR personnel until further notice.

In the name of the Colonial Republic, I greet this decision with increased hope for further successful cooperation of our two sovereign entities in containing illegal pirate activity in the Taus, thus making the area safe for all of either side's assets and civilians alike.
With the recent pulling out of the messy war between the two Houses of Kusari and Bretonia and the surely impending ceasing of all hostilities by the ships of the Bretonian Crown, and the newfound, as well as permanently intended, neutral stance of the Colonial Republic to all outside conflicts, and our sole desire for our nation to share the Taus with other lawful entities of the Taus in peace and mutual cooperation and understanding, this comes as a well met move by the Independent Miners Guild.
Here's to successful cohabitation in the future.

Subject: Docking rights on IMG bases
I would like to remind everyone again, of the status of our bases and the docking restrictions therein. I would also like to point out that the base perimiter (consisting of an area roughly 5000 meters around our bases) is considered to be part of our base zone. Vessels entering this zone are considered to be attempting to dock, or trade using the base as a meeting point.
We must respectfully request Bretonian vessels to maintain this distance from our bases in the Tau region, and Kusari vessels to maintain this distance from our bases on the Bretonian side of the border. Recent incidents around Battleship Hood force us to clarify this policy. The Independant Miners Guild wishes to remain neutral in the regrettable conflict between the houses of Kusari and Bretonia.
Vessels breaching this neutrality policy, on either side of the border, will receive one warning to leave the base perimiter. Upon refusal, either by inaction or word, they will be removed by force.
Further minor alterations:
- The Gas Miners Guild has been granted full docking rights on Pecos.
