As the clock ticks on, and Rheinland's Finest Hour approaches, we have found ourselves severly lacking warships. As both I and the other members of the Ministry of Defence are ardent communists and wish to assist the Red Hessian Army with their goal of liberating Sirius, we ask that you understand our position and acknowledge the fact we are friends on Discord.

Thusly, we ask for the following to be made:

• The BAF will receive 2 "Jormungand"-class Battleships
  
• The BAF will receive 4 "Vidar"-class Battlecruisers
  
• In return for the agreed-on ships, the BAF, and, at large, Kingdom of Bretonia, will supply the Red Hessian Army with 8 "Invincible"-class Dreadnoughts and offer vassalship to the Red Hessians until 900 AS.
