We want to build a research station in New Berlin, after discussion with the authorities we currently have 2 problems:

1. since the plan was to operate the base with a freelancer affiliation, we are not allowed to do any research with cloaking devices or even develop prototypes.
This also applies to other high tech devices.
Therefore we need an affiliation with a rheinland based company.

2. in addition to point 1, there are security concerns.

We thought that a cooperation with Daumann Heavy Construction could bring advantages for both sides.

We would offer you the following deal:

- You will have your own laboratories and production facilities.
- In addition, you will have access to all research results, as long as they are beneficial to the business of Dauman Heavy Construction.

In return we ask the following:

- The station will be run under the umbrella of Dauman Heavy Construction.
- Dauman Heavy Construction security department will take care of the security tasks in and around the station.
- The station will be managed by us and especially the scientific aspects will be determined by us.
- The station will continue to be accessible to all law abiding people and organizations.

We want to support and advance the general state of research with this station.
This also includes research that has nothing to do with Dauman heavy Construction, such as research on medicines or astronomy.

We hope this offer is interesting for you and we can come to an agreement.

As soon as he agrees, we will start building the station opposite the Brandenburg station.
With a distance of 10k, so that we respect the law.

In order to complete the first phase of the construction of our station, we still need some more materials.

Can you please give us a quote on what it would cost to deliver the following goods to the station?

After the first batch of goods has been delivered, we needed everything again.

Thanks to your help we could finally create the basis for all further work.

To complete the first phase of construction we still need materials.
Everything that is available in Rhineland we can organize ourselves.
Unfortunately, some of the materials are not so easy to obtain.

This would include the following :
