Respected citizens, traders, and pilots,

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is hereby issuing a travel warning advisory for all ships bound for or beyond the Freeport 1 NFZ. Please heed orders from local Police Authority patrols for safe heading through the Nottingham (Omega-3) system.

The warning is issued in light of the advanced degradation process of several installations in the vicinity of Freeport 1. We encourage maintaining a distance of several astronomical units at all times from Omega Palace and Omega Station.

Just replying to report from first hand experience that both of bases have actually increased their hull integrity by 5% each, and are fully recrewed and supplied. There is no danger posed by these bases, and with repairs underway should be back at full strength within a month. Ironically, as long as there is no inhibition of trade in and out of the area, these bases will only be in better shape with each passing day. Although TAU ENTERPRISES, a Crown registered entity, is currently operating these bases, their ultimate ownership remains unresolved for the time being. Currently I see no reason to claim these bases are no longer salvageable or unsafe.
