If you are asking about rules regarding PoB's. Each House has their own laws around them, if they are not followed, you may have some angry battleships knocking your doors in and leaving scrap for the Junkers to roll in.

All in all these House Laws may help you out. there are specific sections mainly labeled, Modular Bases.
