Freelancer Tag/ID. 2 Iron Hammer's. 2 Hammerfall's. 2 Imp. Debs. IMG produced Charon VHF (Also known as the Viper Mk I from 4.84)
The rest of the equipment doesn't matter really, as long as I don't go mounting faction-affiliated equipment.
Besides the Charon, everything else is 100% a-go. But, I'm not sure about the Charon.. It does say that the IMG sells these things to "interested parties," but even then I'm not exactly sure if I could go with it. If a few people could post their oppinions, then I will decide if I am to use this ship or not. (And no, I don't want an Eagle. I already have one, and quite frankly, it doesn't look very good astectic wise..)
Mind you, I am trying to look as un-affiliated with other pirate factions as possible. I want to be able to take bounties on, say, the BAF from Corsairs, and the LN/LSF from Outcasts. Just a generic, unlawful freelancer is what I'm lookin' for. If anyone has any ship suggestions for this sort of situation, feel free to toss 'em in here.

I'd go with a Sabre or an RT, as the Charon still carries a very faint Lawful/Neutral connotation. RT is IMG's ship for the Black market, and Sabre is universal.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.

RT is black market, civilian market, whatever you want, really. Civilians can use it just as much as pirates can. I should know, since I wrote the infocard on the dang thing...;)
As to the Sabre, while I strongly agree with Kurosora on it, some people disagree with us. Just remember that the 'sairs are likely to look at you suspiciously at the least. Oh, and you'll probably be expected to keep neutral to friendly rep with at least one faction that sells it (Bundschuh might be a good bet, as they're neutral in the OC-'sair war).
The Charon appears to be much the same as the RT as far as the market goes. As it is expressly described as a civilian vessel, I don't see any problems with you managing to acquire one for your own use.
The Crow also makes a good semi-unlawful freelancing vessel, though it's a HF, not a VHF. Still, if you're not too picky about ship class, it's a decent ship.
Alrighty then, I think i'll go with the Charon. It's got faster turning than the RT and it's smaller (I believe..), and i've already got a Crow as a Xeno. The Sabre will make me look like an Outcast co-hort, so that's a no-go. Finally, I am not making a terrorist; I never said that. I will mostly just target those who I will receive money for destroying, which include blanket-bounties that the Corsairs, Outcasts, Lane Hackers, or any other unlawful group may have set upon the law dogs of Sirius..
Orin: Why does that setup make you ill, eh? Scared of eet?:)

The Charon is baby Nyx. Lower armor, same disappointing core, notable maneuverability. Those weapons are going to be off speed by at least fifty, and that's if you use the slow debs, which feel sacrilegious in a way. Either way, that loadout is going to drain your core wonderfully, while firing at a snail's pace with awful speed.
I fought this same exact ship, with a loadout very similar. He could barely touch me with those weapons, while I slowly wore him down with a light bomber setup. The damage simply isn't worth how many times your going to miss with it.
