Try the /stuck command. It tows you out of a base.

But there is another problem... when a BS stuck inside a jump whole.. i saw today a zoner BS in Theta stuck in the whole to 74.. he tried stuck command but didnt do much good.

Note, /stuck makes the base temporarily impermeable... you still need to drive your ship out yourself (using either engines or strafe). Otherwise you'll still just sit there.

F-1 is the old way... so if it dont move a BS out of a jump its nothing new..
F-1 while in a movie scene dont work so he needs to shut the game off and let the char time out.

It's been updated. Now says: "Please wait, towing player %player%" and tows you.

Problem with letting the character time out is that you will be in the system you jumped in, but in a completely random spot, causing you to have to cruise up to 50k to get to the nearest object..
