Are the BH allowed to use the border world's series ships (such as the sabre)?

and is one allowed to f1 out in space just to come back right next to a code bearing ship when the server resets?

The Border Worlds ships are "civilian" and free to use for anyone, in theory. In practice, I'm sure a Corsair wouldn't use it. A Bounty Hunter though, has reason enough to use that ship, though he may get a few strange looks his way.

Also, I'm not aware of any better way of wreck looting than what you just said. Allowed or not, it's what everyone does.

to answer your questions:

- yes under circumstances
- yes, everyone is allowed to pop up near a code wreck

under circumstances:
it is a BW civilian ship brandmarked as an outcast alliance ship. - however - we are at a conflict of vanilla lore and disco lore here. - vanilla gives the sabre the same credit as the eagle. - the eagle is the inner cores civi ship, the sabre the rim worlds civi ship ( made by hessians, zoners and outcasts i think )

discovery however considers it much more outcast but still doesn t agree on the ship being of pure outcast use. a BHG that uses this ship is as much inside the rules as a BHG using the eagle. for not using his own factions ship - others might look down on him, but thats their business.

you have all sorts flying sabres. various pirate bands, freelancers, zoners and so you can also get BHGs. - the other question is - where did he buy it - but like i said, that is a disco problem that has the ship sold at mostly unlawful bases.

with a few BHGs coming from that side of the law though - its not hard to RP.

I have one myself, with the character's story bringing her from Bounty Hunter to Lane Hacker and back to Bounty Hunter again. At this point she despises the BHG to an extent, but still flies under their colors, not following the rules to the letter, and flying her old Sabre from the Hackers.

If the RP fits, by all means do it. If it doesn't, don't.

The Border Worlds ships are for freelancers, civillians, just no corsairs. I would think so, anyways.

the real problem is how did a bounty hunter bought a Sabre. It requires him to land on an unlawful base. And that is hardly possible

Yue, thats irrelevent, the ships are meant as Civ ships in the borderworlds, being sold on a hostile base is a Disco placement error, not a violation on the part of the bh. wile we are on the subject of placement though, why the HECK are kusari civ ships sold in NL orbit?

i think that the zoners should get a new VHF to replace the sabre as the BW civvie ship. very simmiler stats and such. and the saber be made a outcast aliience ship

EDIT:
