Zoner administrators,

The Kingdom of Bretonia sends its utmost regards and greets Your Excellencies. We send this message in light of on-going events in the Inverness system, more specifically the military operation conducted by the Crayter Republic with assistance from the Kingdom of Bretonia.

We wish to firmly respect the Zoner community's fervent desire for freedom, justice, and liberty, and in doing so, we ask that ships belonging to the Crayter Republic and the Bretonian Intelligence Service be allowed free mooring space aboard the freeport. We fight against the terrorists that inhibit the very same system, individuals that are proven as Nomad collaborators and terrorists alike. They represent the vermin of the Independent Worlds, and we seek to pacify Inverness for the betterment of the peoples living in the system.

The Ministry of Defence relays its best wishes for Zoners living aboard Freeport 14 and hopes that they will assist the joint forces of Crayter and Bretonia in their mission.

Mooring denied, there will be no exceptions made, no Bretonia Armed Forces or Crayterian combat vessels will be allowed to dock and operate freely on Freeport-14 with the intent of engaging anyone on Inverness or neighboring systems.
If any of such vessels is found on the Freeport periphery by either Zoner security or Assembly representatives, they will be ordered to leave the area and not return, failing to comply will be dealt with accordingly.

Thank you for reaching out, OSI and the Freeport 14 administration have been following the situation in Inverness closely. Unfortunately, I must be the bearer of bad news regarding your request. According to Freeport laws, and I quote,

"A ship that runs to the Freeport under fire and docks is as guilty as the pursuer for bringing the fight to the base."

While I'm sure the Kingdom of Bretonia and its allies have very good reasons for this combat operation, we must uphold our laws and maintain neutrality, laws that hold even for our own whether they initiate hostilities or are attacked without provocation. Further, considering your actions in Omega-49 during the Gallic War, we have no great inclination to trust the MoD's wishes to respect anything regarding Zoners and our core values, especially in times of strife. As such, while you're more than welcome to use the Freeport's facilities after the closing of hostilities, we must deny your mooring requests as long as the ships visiting do so with hostile purposes in mind.

While your prompt reply and interest in the safety of the Freeport 14 community is appreciated, I must remind you that the Freeport 14 Administration holds sole authority for docking and NFZ access. Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation closely and will take all steps necessary to safeguard the Freeport and its population.
