Logged in after long long time, and decided to move a ship to another location. No cargo and no weapons. A ship spawn in front of me, I think GN tag. If galic navy it should be red to me, and was white. He then follow me to next system, I go out of lane into JH and he follows. I stop before docking to see if he want something, nothing. He just stood there like a moron or psychopath.

Noticed many such instances above jumpgates and jumpholes or random stations on trade routes when you say hello there is no response no crackling of the comms radio they just sit there motionless many a time i felt the urge to pull the fire trigger .......
