First of all danke für processing our request. As our goal however is to stay as close to Houston as legally possible, the prerequisite of the minimal 5km from tradelanes means our base would deem too far away from our wanted goal.

We therefore propose an alternative solution: The approximate point in between koordinaten E4-5 and F4-5. This will ensure the base will adhere to both rules of staying 10km from Houston, as to the 5km from the tradelanes. To be more accurate, I attached 2 maps with the intended approximate location:
