My name is Arron Stone, Governor of New Hope Colony on Pecos, and a leading candidate for Crayter's upcoming 830 Presidential Election. I hope, despite recent events, that our allies are doing well.
In light of the fierce debate between the candidates running for office here, I have planned to host a tour through Crayter space, as well as territories of our allies, to inspire our citizens both at home and abroad to become involved in the landscape of the election. As such, I am reaching out personally to both of our allies to ask if each would be willing to dedicate a handful of personnel to bolster the security of the projected travel route, or to even take part in the touring convoy itself. I believe this will be an excellent opportunity for both Liberty and Bretonia to expose themselves to the Crayterian political climate, and to further strengthen our relationship.
As it stands, the current route for the campaign tour moves through much of northern Bretonia, as well as a stop at Los Angeles which hosts many of Crayter's citizens abroad. I have had a rough map drawn to illustrate the exact path of the convoy, in the event there are any concerns or hazards that we may be made aware of. I will have it attached to this transmission.
I am planning the tour to take place sometime before the end of March. Please let me know if this conflicts or coincides with any plans Liberty of Bretonia may have for the anticipated transit route. I operate a flexible campaign, and I can adjust.
Thank you for your time.

Sir,
We welcome this proposal with open arms as we move forth into the next election stage for the Crayter Republic. We have worked many times with our Crayter allies and we stand firmly in support of continuing this legacy of cooperation. The request to enter Bretonian territory is therefore approved, and we will take further steps to organize patrols in such order that the diplomatic convoy does not come under danger at any time during the long journey.
However, I will be very thankful if more details could be sent regarding the time of departure, over the next days, so that we may be able to best adapt to the planned tour. We thank you for contacting us, Mr. Stone.

I thank you for Bretonia's quick reply to my request. I'm glad to hear that Bretonia will join the Military in providing security to the convoy, and I welcome any representatives that Bretonia may wish to have attend to do so, as I will be answering questions regarding my campaign aims during the trip, as well as other topics within my realm of expertise. Currently, the convoy is planned to leave Yuma orbit on Friday the 24th, so as to avoid the expected weekend transit traffic. Should this change, I will ensure that Bretonia and Liberty are notified as soon as possible.
