2. What exactly are you requesting?
100% technology on Subversion, an Insurgency Gunboat (with Insurgency guns) with Freelancer ID (currently at 75%). 250m can be taken from Subversion.

3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character:
Mark Reynolds. Former Insurgent turned Freelancer, secretly an affiliate of the Technocracy of Auxo.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
The reason it has to be requested, is that I was told that Bristol could not make a techexempt request for an Insurgency gunboat. Yet, the roleplay concerning the ship's defection and subsequent repair work had already been fleshed out. This request is therefore needed to justify the developments made by my character and others in roleplay.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character?
Short term: To conclude the roleplay done between him, the Insurgency, the Technocracy of Auxo, and Bristol Constructions.
Long term: To continue the character's development outside the Insurgency through establishing various contacts with other groups, especially the Technocracy of Auxo and putting his signature gunboat to use in any future roleplay, and to expand his role as an Auxo affiliate.

1 - Communication with Navarch Valentine of the Technocracy of Auxo about defecting from the Insurgency, after objecting to the Insurgency HC's decision to evacuate their forces to Magellan, and his suspicions of a link between Insurgency and Crayter Republic. He accepts the option of asylum from the Technocracy via the affiliate program.
2 - Mark Reynolds joins the Affiliate Program after the Subversion's crew gets mutinied and is damaged in the process. During his time without the gunboat, he acquires a freighter and does some work with the Technocracy. He also obtains forged credentials for some Liberty business.
3 - His personal diary, covering his time within the Insurgency, his defection to the Technocracy, other subsequent activities, and his quest to restore the gunboat by reaching out to other organizations.
4 - Communication with the Lane Hackers. Acting as a freelancer, he gets his forged identity after delivering 4,000 units of Cardamine to Leiden Base.
5 - Communication with Bristol Constructions. He had previously sent the gunboat to Sierra Starport for inspection, under the pretense that the ship was a wreck in Vespucci. To get it back to its usual condition, the Subversion is flown to Bristol Bay Station, where the repairs are conducted.

Started from February 18, 2023, which means it has been four months between the first post and the request.
