Hi,
i have upgraded my computer with windows 11. Now i cant seem to play freelance anymore..... i have tried to reinstall it , but main game wont let me make a directory to save it onto.

please help , i am gutted as i miss playing it.

How big is the drive you're trying to install the game into? The original Freelancer installer has problems with large capacity hard drives, anything with several TiB will give this sort of issues.

Three possible ways to workaround this are installing on a small capacity SSD, extract the game in a VM, or install in a small size partition (last one not tested).
